Sea Blue Pools – Terms of Service

Welcome to Sea Blue Pools. By booking or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

  • We provide professional pool services including openings, closings, cleanings, safety cover installations, and renovations.

  • Service details, pricing, and availability are confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Payments

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are refundable if canceled at least 72 hours before your scheduled service.

  • The remaining balance is due after service completion and can be paid by cash, debit/credit card, e-transfer, or invoice (payable within 24 hours).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refunds

  • Completed services are non-refundable.

  • For product sales (covers, equipment, parts), refunds are only available for unopened/unused items returned within 14 days.

5. Liability

  • Sea Blue Pools is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or hidden issues in your pool, plumbing, or equipment.

  • Our team takes care to protect your property during service; however, we are not liable for issues outside the scope of our work.
