Sea Blue Pools – Terms of Service

Welcome to Sea Blue Pools. By booking or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services

We provide professional pool services including openings, closings, cleanings, safety cover installations, and renovations.

Service details, pricing, and availability are confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Payments

A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are refundable if canceled at least 72 hours before your scheduled service.

The remaining balance is due after service completion and can be paid by cash, debit/credit card, e-transfer, or invoice (payable within 24 hours).
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Refunds

Completed services are non-refundable.

For product sales (covers, equipment, parts), refunds are only available for unopened/unused items returned within 14 days.
5. Liability

Sea Blue Pools is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or hidden issues in your pool, plumbing, or equipment.

Our team takes care to protect your property during service; however, we are not liable for issues outside the scope of our work.
