Refund policy

Sea Blue Pools – Return & Refund Policy

At Sea Blue Pools, we believe in transparent, stress-free service.

Deposits

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are fully refundable if canceled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice before your appointment date.

  • Deposits are applied toward your final bill.

Service Charges

  • You are not charged in full until after your service is completed.

  • The remaining balance can be paid by cash, debit/credit card, or e-transfer in person, or via invoice payable within 24 hours of service completion.

Completed Services

  • Once a service (pool opening, closing, cleaning, installation, etc.) has been performed, payments are non-refundable.

  • If you experience any issues with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional cost.

Products

  • For physical products (such as covers or equipment), returns are accepted only for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
